At Lund Leather we stand behind our bags. If you need a repair or replacement on your bag please visit our lifetime guarantee page for details.  



  • Customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to Lund Leather. 
  • New and unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original invoice date. Discontinued merchandise, custom orders, final sale and items received in used condition are not eligible for return. Ineligible returns received will be returned to the sender.
  • If bag has scratches or appears worn it will be considered as used and may not be returned. If we receive a bag that is scratched or otherwise worn, we may issue an exchange, but full returns are not accepted. If you have questions about the condition of your bag and if it is eligible for a return, feel free to email your concerns (including photos!) to
  • New and unused merchandise returned after 30 days are valid for store credit only.
  • Items returned whose purchase price cannot be verified will be refunded with store credit at the lowest sold price.
  • All refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Refunds granted will be for the cost of the purchased item only. 
  • All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
  • If you are shipped defective item(s) or receive incorrect item(s) in your order, please contact us at within 10 days of purchase so we can return or replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
  • Once received, a refund for the order invoice amount will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method. Returns are typically processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take as many as 14 days to post back to your account.
