I received my tote as a Christmas gift. I loved everything about it. I do use it every day. The piping around the bottom of the bag started coming out. I sent pictures in an email for the life time guarantee. I never received a return email. I emailed again and no return email. I even made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No response from Lund. Very disappointed in the company. I was in love with my bag.
